Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

A flat shipping fee of $10.00 is charged on every order.

All orders will ship within 3 days of order being placed via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Please note that if you order an item from our Pre Order Collection, your shipment will not go out until items are in stock.

If your address does not accept USPS deliveries, please let us know at checkout or by email. If you do not inform us that you do not accept USPS mail and we need to re-ship your order, you are responsible for these additional shipping costs.

RETURNS

In-store: Unused, unworn items purchased in store may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase with original tags.

Online: Unused, unworn items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of arrival for a full refund. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the original shipment.

All returns must be approved by Antlers and Rose prior to return shipping. Email stylist@antlersandrose.com to authorize a return. Please include your original invoice and keep record of tracking information.

Items that are unworn and unused may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit in-store and online within 7 days of purchase.

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, or store credit:

Handmade artisan pieces

Because of the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of these items, all final sale purchases are considered non-returnable.
